What is Cold Brew

What is Cold Brew? Cold brew refers to the process of steeping coffee grounds in room temperature or cold water for an extended period.

The result - the most delicious Iced Coffee you will ever have. Not only does it tastes great but also reduces acidity by almost 70%.

Since cold brew produces a lower acidic coffee, you are able to taste the various flavors from the beans even more. Depending on the origin of the bean you may taste nutty, fruity, dark chocolate or milk chocolate flavors. Additionally, the flavor of cold brew won't change over time. Since the coffee is never hot, it doesn't alter the chemistry. And, since the temperature is maintained throughout the process the delicious flavors are locked in. Cold brew coffee can stay in your fridge up until the expiration date.

Our Cold Brew Process: First our beans mingle with their friends (some from their own country others from all parts of the world), in our special grinder. After spending some quality time in there its tough to differentiate whose who and what their origin is. The beans then relax for the next 12-24 hours and allow their natural flavors to emerge.

They are then hand picked to determine if they will be selected to one of our growlers or be lucky enough to enter one of our party kegs. We encourage you to try our product - you will not be disappointed. Enjoy!
